Moms Day #Brunchfast

This Moms Day, we hosted my fam over at our house, to treat my mom and grandma to a nice meal, where they didn't have to do a single thing! This was actually the first time ever, because if you know my mom, you would know like lots of moms out there, the reason they cook, clean, and take care of us, if because they WANT to.... so typically on Mothers Day, my mom has us over, and cooks a big meal! Not this year mom, I got you! ;)

The Modern Momma: Mac's Mini-Man Cave

I have been looking forward to this blog post since the day I found out our Modern Momma, Lauren, was pregnant with her second babes. I knew Mac's room would be getting an upgrade, but I had no idea how good it would be... and its GOOD. 

I love Lauren's aethestic for decorating, mixing old with new, quirky with simple... with all of the eclectic pieces she uses, ONLY she could put them together in a way that makes perfect sense! 

Lauren decided to move Mac into a new room which is now called the Mini-Man Cave... I'm obsessed, and I think you will be too! I also included a few shots of Lauren and Mac; love these last photos of just the two of them before a little brother gets thrown in the mix!

DIY FELT CROWN

The other day my lovely Modern Momma Lauren came over to help me with the DIY projects for an upcoming mini-session! She brought adorable Mac along with her, and I couldn't help but get off track and make him a cute little crown just to take pictures of him with! He is seriously the cutest, I just want to squeeze him up! This DIY took 10 minutes and cost under $5!

DIY Glitter Geo Tote Bag

Sometimes happy accidents can be the best inspirations... I was planning on making a XO glitter tote, and I really wasn't liking the 'x', so I went on to plan B and was going to make a <3; when I cut the '<' I really liked the triangle, and so I started with that! I decided to cut a bunch of random triangles to make a geo like pattern and added a few little hearts, just because I could't help it! 

I LOVE how it turned out! Super easy and under $10 to make!

Last year we featured some fun *candy free* Valentines for your kids friends & classmates! After brainstorming for a week and standing in the kids toy isle at the dollar store for an hour going over 'valentine phrases' in my head, I finally decided on an adorable Valentine & FREE Printable to share! I wanted it to be really good, after all if your not giving them candy, it better be;)!

ATE Craft Night is BACK!

After a nice winter break, during the hectic holiday season, it is now time to bring ATE Craft Night BACK!! YAY!!! SO EXCITED!!! Over the past year we have shared 3 different DIY Dream Catchers, and I thought it would be so fun to have that be our craft for our first one back! One of my many reason for Craft Night is to get people together, chat, laugh, snack, and spark each others creativity through our DIY projects! 

As usual ATE will provide snack, beverages, and all the craft supplies for the project!! All you have to bring is yourself!!
